  • Graduate of Rutgers University, B.A. in Accounting and Finance 
  • Real Estate Broker’s License: An individual who has satisfied the experience requirement and has passed the state examination for broker, but is employed by and operates under the supervision of a licensed real estate broker in a sales capacity. 120 hours of education are required.
  • Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI designation): A Graduate of the Real Estate Institute is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. They are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
  • Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS designation): A Certified Real Estate Specialist is the "master's degree of real estate."  It is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing.
  • Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES designation): A Senior Real Estate Specialist has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 55-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. They have received special training, get regular updates, and are prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
  • Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR designation): An Accredited Buyer Representative is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
  • Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR designation): According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures.  Realtors who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. They want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as the demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows. GREEN designation, A real estate designation designed for agents to learn about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate.
